The four Vancouver based rowers (Kevin Thomson, Neil Phipps, Jono Willcocks, and Mike McGuinness) finish up their first long day at Trout Lake. They began in the cool frosty morning and finished about 8 to 9 hours later with night descending on February 25th. It was their first attempt at the 100k distance that they now do quite regularly. Thank goodness training works!
