We all have dreams and special wishes. Some dreams can be fulfilled by hard work and perseverance, but both of these take time. Some dreams remain out of reach for children who have been told they may not receive the gift of time that is required to fulfill their special wishes. For those children, there is The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada to help make their wishes come true.

The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada is a federally chartered, non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling a favourite wish for children afflicted with a high risk, life-threatening illness. 

Some people would say that it is just wishful thinking to cross Canada in less than 10 days using just human power.  We agree that the first step is the wishing, but now it's time for the second step, which is "make it happen".
